Holiday Bookings

We love spending time with our furry friends for the holidays!
 
Because of our large space, we tend to have larger groups of dogs during vacation seasons and holidays. We have found for dogs' comfort, we have established a maximum boarding amount of 15 dogs. We book quickly, so once you have your dates, please reach out for a boarding quote!

Here are a few rules for holiday boardings (updated January 2022):

• Bookings:

  • We require full payment prior to the booking to confirm a spot. 

  • Refunds are given at 100% if cancellations are made 3 days prior to the booking, and 50% if it is within 3 days of the booking.

• First timers:

  • Must have a daycare or overnight visit prior to a holiday booking. This is to ensure your pup is already familiar with our place, which helps lessen anxiety during high-traffic times.​​

• Kenneling:​

  • For safety reasons, we do kennel during feedings, sleep time, and any dog turnover.  This is to ensure dogs' safety due to food/resource aggression, and help protect the escape artists! We do require your pup to be comfortable in a kennel (not barking excessively or pawing/damaging the kennel). We may do a "kennel test" during a meet and greet to ensure your dog is comfortable.
